License Terms

Paersch Services Kft. is a licensee of Biteable Pty Ltd., 53 Lower Jordan Hill Road, West Hobart, TAS 7000, Australia. All video scenes and audio files provided by Paersch Services Kft. are intellectual property of Biteable Pty Ltd.

1.) With the purchase of an advertising clip designed by Paersch Services Kft., the customer receives the non-transferable right to publish the purchased clip on its website, in social media (Twitter, Youtube, Facebook etc.) and at events indefinitely, subject to change of the following restrictions:

a. The audio file (background music) used in the video may not be transmitted, copied or reproduced in whole or in part. Furthermore, the audio file may not be resold, licensed, rented or passed on to third parties in any way.

b. A release or further distribution of the audio file (e.g. making it available for download via the Internet) is not permitted. Likewise, the release or further distribution of the video file (with or without audio) as a download is not permitted.

c. Use as a cinema or TV commercial is not permitted.

2.) By commissioning Paersch Services Kft., the customer assures that he owns the copyright to all the image and film files he has made available that are to be included in the advertising clip put together for him. The customer also assures that this copyright of the material made available does not infringe any third-party rights.

3.) This Agreement does not authorize or permit any use of the Video not expressly set forth herein or any other use of the Video not expressly authorized hereunder.

4.) This License is binding and applies to the parties' respective successors and/or assigns.

5.) In the event of a material breach of this agreement or use of the videos by third parties, all rights under this agreement shall expire immediately. Any further use of the Videos by Licensee constitutes willful infringement of the copyrights in the Videos. The copyright owner of the Video hereby reserves all rights to funds and remedies.

6.) Paersch Services Kft. assumes no responsibility for loss of business or business profits resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the video.

7.) Paersch Services Kft. reserves all rights not expressly granted to the licensee.
